This summer, the granola bar aisle welcomes 100 percent natural Nature Valley Granola Thins in Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter flavors. Featuring such ingredients as whole grain rolled oats, roasted peanuts and honey, the indulgent yet wholesome treats, which consist of crispy granola on one side and creamy peanut butter or dark chocolate flavor on the other, contain just 80 to 90 calories per square, according to Nature Valley, a brand of Minneapolis-based General Mills.
