I love me some tweed, but for this skirt, a cheeky accessory comes with. When I first spied the Forever 21 Belted Glove Skirt ($32), my reaction was a laugh. I debated pulling the belt off all together, but that misses the point, right? My gut tells me I don't want people smirking at my look. What's your take? Is it wearable or just for giggles?
