The Angry Birds phenomenon is getting bigger than ever. Rovio’s hit game Angry Birds has joined with the NFL team Philadelphia Eagles for a very special collaboration. For the first time ever, a professional sports team will collaborate with the game. According to Ari Roitman, the Eagles’ senior vice president of business, said explained that it was a wonderful way for them to make inroads into a whole new generation of fans. The deal includes an upcoming Eagles-themed version of the game. Besides, the team will produce original videos using the bird characters to be played at Lincoln Financial Field during games. The announcement of the deal included a cute video of Andy Reid introducing four new members of the team – Red Bird, Yellow Bird, Bomb Bird, and Terence.
